Appeal from revocation.

355.816. 1. A foreign corporation may appeal the secretaryof state's revocation of its certificate of authority to thecircuit court within thirty days after the service of thecertificate of revocation is perfected under section 355.796.The foreign corporation appeals by petitioning the court to setaside the revocation and attaching to the petition copies of itscertificate of authority and the secretary of state's certificateof revocation.

2. The court may summarily order the secretary of state toreinstate the certificate of authority or may take any otheraction the court considers appropriate.

3. The court's final decision may be appealed as in othercivil proceedings.
