Purposes.

356.051. Professional corporations may be incorporated forthe purpose of rendering one or more types of professionalservice, and services ancillary thereto, and in addition, for anypurpose or purposes for which corporations may be organized underthe general and business corporation law of Missouri, chapter351, RSMo, to the extent that such combination of professionalservices or of professional services and business purposes isexpressly permitted by the licensing authorities that regulateeach of such professions. Except to the extent that such acombination is permitted by such licensing authorities, aprofessional corporation may be organized under sections 356.011to 356.261 only for the purpose of rendering a single type ofprofessional service and services ancillary thereto.
