356.233. The secretary of state may collect an additional fee of fivedollars on each and every fee required in this chapter. All fees collectedas provided in this section shall be deposited in the state treasury andcredited to the secretary of state's technology trust fund account. Theprovisions of this section shall expire on December 31, 2017.
