356.241. The application of a foreign professionalcorporation for a certificate of authority for the purpose ofrendering professional services in this state shall include astatement that all the shareholders, at least a majority of thedirectors and all the officers other than the secretary andtreasurer are licensed in one or more states or territories ofthe United States or the District of Columbia to render aprofessional service described in the statement of purposes ofthe corporation.
