357.120. Any part or all of the common stock of anycorporation organized for the purpose of producing or furnishinggoods, services, or housing, or for the purpose of conducting anyagricultural or mercantile business on the cooperative plan asprovided for by sections 276.160 to 276.230, RSMo, may be legallypurchased and owned in all respects as if purchased and owned bya natural person, by any other corporation incorporated under thelaws of Missouri on the cooperative plan, including any othercorporation organized under this chapter.
