359.161. The fact that a certificate of limitedpartnership is on file in the office of the secretary of stateis notice that the partnership is a limited partnership and thepersons designated therein as general partners are generalpartners, and is notice of the matters included therein that arespecified in subsection 1 of section 359.091 or that areincluded therein pursuant to any other section of this chapter.
