359.231. After the filing of a limited partnership'soriginal certificate of limited partnership, additional generalpartners may be admitted as provided in writing in thepartnership agreement or, if the partnership agreement does notprovide in writing for the admission of additional generalpartners, with the specific written consent of all partners.
