Except as provided in sections 359.321 to359.391, a partner is entitled to receive distributions from alimited partnership before his withdrawal from the limitedpartnership and before the dissolution and winding up thereof tothe extent and at the times or upon the happening of the eventsspecified in the partnership agreement.
