361.040. The director of finance shall be appointed by thegovernor, by and with the advice and consent of the senate, andshall hold his office at the pleasure of the governor.

*The director of the division of finance shall be nominated by the director of the department of economic development and appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate. See § 620.010.
