Director--qualifications.

361.050. No person shall be eligible for the office ofdirector of finance, unless he shall first have had at least fiveyears' actual practical experience in a general banking business,or shall have served for a like period of time in the divisionhaving charge of banks and banking in this or some other state ofthe United States, or shall have served for a like period of timein a federal agency having supervisory authority over banks,trust companies or national banking associations.
