Penalty.

362.100. Any person who shall, contrary to any of theprovisions of law, knowingly aid, abet or participate directly orindirectly in issuing or selling or causing to be issued or soldany share or shares of stock in any bank or trust company shallbe deemed guilty of a felony and upon conviction thereof shall bepunished by imprisonment by the department of corrections andhuman resources for a term not exceeding five years or byconfinement in the county jail for a term not exceeding sixmonths or by a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars, or byboth such fine and confinement.
