Fees and service charges permitted, when, conditions.

362.111. A bank or trust company may impose fees or service chargeson deposit accounts; however, such fees or service charges are subject tosuch conditions or requirements that may be fixed by regulations pursuantto section 361.105, RSMo, by the director of the division of finance andthe state banking board. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, no suchcondition or requirement shall be more restrictive than the fees or servicecharges on deposit accounts or similar accounts permitted any federallychartered depository institution.
