Investment in stock of banks or bank holding companies--limitations.

362.172. Any bank organized under the laws of this state may investnot to exceed five percent of its capital, surplus and undivided profits inshares of stock in any new bank or banks, existing bank or banks, or bankholding companies if the ownership of a majority of such stock in such bankor bank holding companies is restricted to banks authorized to do businessin the state of Missouri.
