362.290. Each official communication directed by the financedirector or one of his deputies to a bank or trust company or toany officer thereof, relating to an examination or investigationconducted by the division of finance or containing suggestions orrecommendations as to the conduct of the business of the bank ortrust company, shall be submitted, by the officer receiving it,to the board of directors at the next meeting of the board, andduly noted in the minutes of the meetings of the board.
