Attorney in fact, association may recognize, when.

369.164. An association may continue to recognize thewritten authority of an attorney in fact to make any addition toand withdrawal from the account of an owner until it receiveswritten notice of the death or adjudication of disability orincapacity of the owner, or of revocation of the attorney'sauthority. Any payment by the association to an attorney in factprior to receipt of such notice shall be a complete discharge ofthe association as to the amount so paid.
