Certificate of organization, contents--membership shares, minimum,maximum par value.

370.020. The certificate of organization shall state:

(1) The name of the proposed credit union and the city,town, or village in which its business office is located;

(2) The names and addresses of the subscribers to thecertificate, and the number of shares subscribed by each;

(3) A statement that organization as a credit union isdesired under this particular law;

(4) The par value of the general shares, which shall notexceed one hundred dollars;

(5) The par value of membership shares, if any, which shallnot be less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars.
