370.121. The director shall send a copy of the proposedfinal examination report to the examined credit union within atleast thirty days before the final adoption of the examinationreport. Such credit union shall be asked to comment and suggestcorrections to the proposed final examination report. Suchcomments and suggestions shall be considered by the director.The director shall maintain on file all comments and suggestedcorrections received from a credit union for a proposed finalexamination report.
