370.157. 1. The director may remove any or all theofficers, committee members and directors and either appointsuccessors or call a meeting of the members to hold elections,notice of the meeting to be given as provided in this section forspecial meetings of the members for reorganization.
2. Unless removed by the director, the officers, committeemembers and directors shall continue in their respective officesuntil their successors are elected and qualify.
