370.285. 1. A credit union may act as trustee or custodianof individual retirement accounts authorized by federal or statelaw, pension funds of self-employed individuals or of a companyor organization sponsoring the credit union, or other similarretirement or pension plans.
2. A credit union may act as trustee or custodian underpension and profit sharing plans.
