Corporate existence begins, when--recording of articles.

371.070. 1. Upon the issuance of the certificate ofincorporation by the director of finance, the corporate existenceof the development finance corporation begins. The certificateof incorporation is conclusive except as against the state, thatall conditions precedent have been complied with and that thecorporation has been incorporated under provisions of thischapter.

2. A copy of the articles of incorporation, endorsed by thedirector of finance, shall be filed for recordation in the officeof the recorder of deeds in the county in which the principaloffice of the development finance corporation is located.
