374.100. 1. The actuary shall perform those duties usually performed byactuaries and such other duties in connection with the department as thedirector may direct.
2. All fees allowed or paid to the actuary as provided by law shall bepaid to the director of revenue and shall be deposited to the credit of thedepartment of insurance, financial institutions and professional registrationfund.
