Minimum requirements for utilization review agents.

374.510. 1. All utilization review agents shall meet the minimumrequirements set forth in sections 376.1350 to 376.1390.

2. All utilization review agents certified before September 1, 1997,shall meet the requirements set forth in sections 376.1350 to 376.1390 byJanuary 1, 1998, or such certification shall be deemed invalid.
