375.1062. If any section or portion of a section ofsections 375.1025 to 375.1062 or the applicability thereof to anyperson or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the remainderof such section or sections or the applicability of suchprovision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affectedthereby, and the director shall enforce all remainingrequirements of sections 375.1025 to 375.1062.
