375.1140. Sections 375.1110 to 375.1140 shall take effecton July 1, 1992. No insurer or reinsurer may continue to use theservices of a reinsurance intermediary on and after July 1, 1992,unless such use is in compliance with sections 375.1110 to375.1140.
