Violation of section 375.166 a misdemeanor, penalty.

375.169. Any officer, director, clerk, employee or agent ofany company who receives or pays out, or orders the payment ofany money, or incurs any obligation for the payment of money, inviolation of the terms of section 375.166, shall be deemed guiltyof a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishedby a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or byimprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than sixmonths, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
