Complaint filed by director, when--injunction authorized.

375.787. Whenever the director believes, from evidencesatisfactory to him, that any insurance company is violating orabout to violate the provisions of section 375.786, the directormay cause a complaint to be filed in the circuit court of ColeCounty, Missouri, to enjoin and restrain such insurance companyfrom continuing such violation or engaging therein or doing anyact in furtherance thereof. The court shall have jurisdiction ofthe proceeding and shall have the power to make and enter anorder or judgment awarding such preliminary or final injunctiverelief as in its judgment is proper.
