375.831. When a foreign insurance company has complied withthe requirements of this chapter and all other requirementsimposed on the company by existing laws and has paid chargesimposed by law, the director shall file in his office thedocuments delivered to him and shall issue to the company acertificate of authority to transact in this state the kinds ofbusiness specified therein.
