379.275. 1. Any law requiring that policies becountersigned and delivered through a resident agent shall notapply to any policy of such mutual company on which no commissionshall be paid to any local agent.
2. Such mutual company may insert in any form of policyprescribed by the law of this state any provisions or conditionsrequired by its plan of insurance which are not inconsistent orin conflict with any law of this state.
