Insurers with common management may act in concert to make rates.

379.336. With respect to any matters pertaining to themaking of rates or rating systems, the preparation or making ofinsurance policy forms, underwriting rules, surveys, inspectionsand investigation, the furnishing of loss or expense statisticsor other information and data, or carrying on of research, two ormore admitted insurers having a common ownership or operating inthis state under common management or control, are herebyauthorized to act in concert between or among themselves the sameas if they constituted a single insurer.
