Joint underwriting groups.

379.460. 1. Every group, association or other organizationof insurers which engages in joint underwriting through jointreinsurance shall file with the director

(1) A copy of its constitution, its articles of agreement orassociation or its certificate of incorporation, and of itsbylaws, rules and regulations governing its activities;

(2) A list of its members;

(3) The name and address of a resident of this state uponwhom notices or orders of the director or process issued at hisdirection may be served; and

(4) An agreement that the director may examine suchorganization in accordance with the provisions of section379.475.

2. Every such group, association or other organization shallnotify the director promptly of every change in its constitution,its articles of agreement or association, or its articles ofincorporation and of its bylaws, rules and regulations governingthe conduct of its business, its list of members and subscribers,and the name and address of the resident of this state designatedby it upon whom notices or orders of the director or processaffecting such organization may be served.

3. No such group, association or organization shall engagein any unfair or unreasonable practice with respect to itsactivities.
