379.495. 1. Nothing in sections 379.420 to 379.510 shall beconstrued to prohibit or regulate the payment of dividends,savings, or unabsorbed premium deposits allowed or returned byinsurers to their policyholders, members or subscribers.
2. No plan for the payment of dividends, savings, orunabsorbed premium deposits allowed or returned by insurers totheir policyholders, members or subscribers shall be deemed to bea rating plan or system.
