Commissions.

379.855. 1. Commission under the program shall be twelvepercent on new business and ten percent on renewal business onthe policy premium and shall be paid to the licensed producerdesignated by the applicant.

2. If a licensed producer is not designated, the commissionshall be deposited by the facility in a fund to be held by thedirector to be applied to the state of Missouri contribution asprovided in Section 1223, Para (1), of U.S. Public Law 90-448.One year after termination of the program, any funds so held bythe director and not applied as above set out shall be paid overto the treasurer of the state of Missouri as general revenue.
