380.051. Every such company shall, on or before the first day of Marchin each year, file a statement with the director of the department ofinsurance, financial institutions and professional registration, verified bythe affidavit of its president and secretary reporting the financial conditionof the company for the preceding calendar year. The statement of financialcondition shall provide such information and be in such form as may beprescribed by the director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration. Each company shall pay a fee oftwenty-five dollars to the director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration at the time of filing the annualstatement.
