Court actions authorized, when.

381.048. 1. The director may bring an action against any titleinsurer, title agency, title agent, or any director, officer, agent,employee, trustee, or affiliate of a title insurer, title agency, or titleagent in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin violations of the RealEstate Settlement Procedures Act, 12 U.S.C. Section 2607, as amended.

2. A violation of any provision under the federal Real EstateSettlement Procedures Act, as amended, is a level two violation undersection 374.049, RSMo.
