Continuous carriage.

387.150. No motor carrier shall enter into or become a party to anycombination, contract, agreement or understanding, written or oral, expressor implied, to prevent by any arrangement, or by change of arrangement oftime schedule, by carriage or by any other means or device whatsoever thecarriage of household goods from being continuous from the place ofshipment to the place of destination. No breakage of bulk, stoppage orinterruption of carriage made by any motor carrier shall prevent thecarriage of household goods from being treated as one continuous carriagefrom the place of shipment to the place of destination. Nor shall any suchbreakage of bulk, stoppage or interruption of carriage be made or permittedby any motor carrier except it be done in good faith for a necessarypurpose without intention to avoid or unnecessarily interrupt or delay thecontinuous carriage of such household goods or to evade any of theprovisions of law, of this chapter, or of any order or decision of thedivision of motor carrier and railroad safety.
