388.655. All law enforcement powers granted to railroad police shallapply only on railroad rights-of-way or the immediate vicinity thereof,except that railroad police may investigate in any location incidentsoccurring on railroad property, and except such railroad police may pursuea person violating the law on railroad property off railroad property whilein fresh pursuit of such person.
