Study on grade crossing closures--due when--division may employadditional track safety specialists, when.

389.615. The division of motor carrier and railroad safety shallconduct a study to establish priorities for grade crossing closures and aplan for implementing grade crossing closures. The study is tobe completed by January 1, 1994, and is not to be paid for fromthe grade crossing safety account. To promote the safety ofrailroad tracks at crossings, the division may employ additionaltrack safety specialists, subject to appropriations, or availablefederal or private funding.
