389.700. 1. The provisions of sections 389.700 to 389.730shall apply to any common carrier or carriers, their officers,agents and employees, engaged in the transportation of passengersor property by railroad operating in whole or in part in thestate of Missouri.
2. The term "railroad" as used in this law shall include allbridge and ferry companies, terminal and switching companies usedor operated in connection with any railroad, light rail orrailway operating in this state.
