All penalties accruing under sections 390.011 to390.176 shall be cumulative of each other, and the suit for therecovery of one penalty shall not be a bar to or affect therecovery of any other penalty or forfeiture or be a bar to anyoriginal prosecution against any motor carrier, or any officer,director, agent or employee thereof.
