392.380. 1. The provisions of chapter 386, RSMo, andsections 392.010 to 392.360 shall be fully and equally applicableto noncompetitive telecommunications companies and services andthe regulation thereof.
2. Except to the extent modified or supplemented by thespecific provisions of sections 392.361 to 392.530, theprovisions of chapter 386, RSMo, and sections 392.010 to 392.360are fully and equally applicable to competitive andtransitionally competitive telecommunications services and to alltelecommunications companies and the regulation thereof.
