Services to be offered under tariff.

392.480. Except as provided in section 392.520, alltelecommunications services offered or provided by telecommunicationscompanies shall be offered under tariff and classified as eithercompetitive, transitionally competitive, or noncompetitivetelecommunications services, subject to proper certification and otherapplicable provisions of this chapter. Any tariff filed with thecommission shall indicate whether the telecommunications service to beoffered or provided is competitive, transitionally competitive, ornoncompetitive.
