In case the lands sought to be condemned pursuantto sections 393.410 to 393.510 are held by any corporation, theright to condemn the same pursuant to sections 393.410 to 393.510shall be limited to such use as shall not materially interferewith the public uses to which, by law, such corporation isauthorized to put said lands.
