393.565. Applications for appeals shall be allowed andconducted in the manner provided in chapter 512, RSMo; but noapplication for an appeal by the utility customer in defaultshall stay execution unless the utility customer in default givesbond, with security sufficient to secure the payment of alldamages, costs and utility charges then due, and with conditionto pay all subsequently accruing utility charges, if any, intocourt within ten days after such charges become due, pendingdetermination of the appeal.
