393.841. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the bylaws mayprovide that the territory in which a company supplies wastewater servicesmay be divided into two or more voting districts for the purpose ofproperly distributing its directors over the area in which its membersreside. In such case the bylaws shall prescribe the manner in which suchvoting districts shall function in the election of directors at annualmeetings.
