394.050. 1. The articles of incorporation of a cooperativeshall recite in the caption that they are executed pursuant tothis chapter, shall be signed and acknowledged in duplicate by atleast five of the incorporators and shall state:
(1) The name of the cooperative;
(2) The address of its principal office;
(3) The names and addresses of the incorporators;
(4) The number of years the cooperative is to continue,which may be any number including perpetuity;
(5) The names and addresses of the persons who shallconstitute its first board of directors; and
(6) Any provisions not inconsistent with this chapter deemednecessary or advisable for the conduct of its business andaffairs.
2. Such articles of incorporation shall be submitted to thesecretary of state for filing as provided in this chapter.
