Waiver of notice shall be deemed equivalent to such notice, when.

394.300. 1. Whenever any notice is required to be givenunder the provisions of this chapter or under the provisions ofthe articles of incorporation or bylaws of a cooperative, waiverthereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled tosuch notice, whether before or after the time fixed for thegiving of such notice, shall be deemed equivalent to such notice.

2. If a person or persons entitled to notice of a meetingshall attend such meeting, such attendance shall constitute awaiver of notice of the meeting, except in case the attendance isfor the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of anybusiness because the meeting shall not have been lawfully calledor convened.
