400.2-604. Subject to the provisions of section 400.2-603 onperishables if the seller gives no instructions within areasonable time after notification of rejection the buyer maystore the rejected goods for the seller's account or reship themto him or resell them for the seller's account with reimbursementas provided in section 400.2-603. Such action is not acceptanceor conversion.
