Future transfers of property are revocable by donor, exception.

404.016. A provision in a will, trust, power ofappointment, benefit plan, life or endowment insurance policy,annuity or other contract, or a pay or transfer on deathdirection, for a transfer of property to be made in the futureto a custodian for a minor, made by a donor in the mannerprescribed in subdivision (4) of subsection 1 of section404.047, remains revocable by the donor until the propertybecomes transferable in accordance with the terms of thegoverning instrument to the minor or a custodian for the minorunder sections 404.005 to 404.094, unless expressly madeirrevocable at the time provision for the gift is made orsubsequently.
