Court's designation of custodian, when--who may serve, court's powers.

404.510. If the court determines under chapter 475, RSMo,that full administration of an incapacitated person's estate isnot required, the court may designate and direct that all or apart of the property owned by the incapacitated person betransferred to any adult person or financial institution,including a court appointed conservator or guardian, to hold andadminister under sections 404.400 to 404.650 as personalcustodian for the incapacitated beneficiary, with or without bondand with or without court supervision, upon such terms andconditions as the court may require.
