Uniformity of application and construction--not to be exclusive methodof transferring property to an incapacitated person.

404.630. 1. Sections 404.400 to 404.650 shall be appliedand construed to effectuate their general purpose to make uniformthe law with respect to the subject of sections 404.400 to404.650 among states enacting a similar law.

2. Sections 404.400 to 404.650 shall not be construed asproviding an exclusive method of placing property in the custodyof another person or transferring property to an incapacitatedperson.
